💡 Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Porcelain and Ceramic tiles?
Porcelain tile is dense, impervious, and smooth with a lower water absorption rate (0.5%), making it frost resistant. Ceramic tiles are generally finished with a durable glaze, are softer, easier to cut, and have a higher water absorption rate (3%-6%).
How can I test the water absorption rate of the tiles?
A simple method is to pour colored water or ink on the back of the tile. If the ink diffuses slowly, absorption is low. Alternatively, touching the back of the tile—the more powder that comes off, the higher the absorption rate.
How long does shipment take after the deposit is paid?
For items in stock, shipment is effected within 7 days. For new production, it typically takes within 15 days after receiving the deposit.
Can we customize the packaging cartons?
Yes, for regular tile production, if the order exceeds 5000 cartons, we can provide customized cartons without extra charges.
