Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the difference between Porcelain and Ceramic Tiles?
Porcelain tile is dense, impervious, and smooth with lower water absorption rates (0.5%), making them frost resistant. Ceramic tiles are usually finished with a durable glaze, are softer, easier to cut, and have a higher water absorption rate (3%-6%).
Q2: How to test the water absorption rate of tiles?
You can pour colored water/ink on the back of the tile. If it diffuses, absorption is low; if it seeps in, it is high. Alternatively, touching the back for powder residue also indicates higher absorption levels.
Q3: How many days until shipment after deposit?
For stock items, shipment is within 7 days after deposit. For new production, it is typically within 15 days after receiving the deposit.
Q4: Can we customize our own cartons?
Yes. For regular production tiles, if you order more than 5000 cartons per order, we can customize the packaging without extra charges.
Q5: What if I receive problematic products?
Please check the packages upon receipt. If you find wrong products, quality issues, or short quantities, contact us immediately with photos of the defective items, and we will handle replacement or refunds effectively.
Q6: Can you provide shipping assistance?
We have long-term cooperated shipping agents. Simply provide your destination port, and we will offer detailed logistical information to assist you.
