Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the difference between Porcelain and Ceramic Tiles?
Porcelain tile is dense, impervious, and has a lower water absorption rate (≤ 0.5%), making it frost-resistant. Ceramic tiles are generally softer, easier to cut, and have a higher water absorption rate (3%-6%).
Q2: How do you test the Water Absorption Rate of tiles?
A simple method is to pour colored water on the back of the tile; if it seeps in, absorption is high. Another way is touching the back—the more powder that comes off, the higher the absorption rate.
Q3: What is the delivery lead time after receiving the deposit?
If stock is available, we can deliver within 7 days. For new production, the lead time is approximately 15-25 days.
Q4: Can we customize our own packaging?
Yes. For regular production items, if you order more than 2 containers, cartons can be customized without extra charges.
Q5: What should I do if I receive defective or incorrect products?
Please check packages upon receipt. If there are issues, provide photos of the items. We handle quality problems immediately and will offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
Q6: Can you provide shipping forwarder information?
Yes, we have long-term cooperative shipping agents. Simply provide your destination port, and we will provide detailed logistics information.
