Ultra Thin 1 3 5 Micron Stainless Steel Mesh Filter Disc

Stainless steel wire mesh filter element is a finished filtration component designed for industrial liquid, gas, and air filtration systems. Unlike raw filter mesh material, this product is manufactured as a ready-to-use filter element, suitable for direct installation into equipment or filtration housings.

The filter element is produced using woven wire mesh, sintered wire mesh, or perforated metal combined with mesh. Through cutting, forming, welding, and edge treatment processes, the mesh is fabricated into different structures such as filter baskets, filter discs, and cylindrical tubes.

Various stainless steel grades are available, including 304, 316, 316L, 310S, and duplex stainless steel, to meet different corrosion resistance and temperature requirements.
