Aluminum honeycomb panel is a bonded sandwich structure system consisting of two surface aluminum sheets and aluminum honeycomb cores, integrated using a special adhesive.
Derived from aerospace technology, this panel utilizes hot pressing or vacuum pressing technology. Due to the high thermal conductivity between the plates and the honeycomb, thermal expansion and contraction are synchronized between the inner and outer materials. Small holes on the honeycomb core foil wall allow air to flow freely within the panel structure.
